Greda Investments Limited – GIL is established by the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (“GREDA”) with the objective of engaging in real estates related transactions
with the government and other entities and individuals with the view to making profit for its shareholders. The Company was incorporated 0n 15 May 2012 under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act
179).
The Company is also expected to serve as a medium of raising needed capital to take up large scale real
estates opportunities which are beyond the capacity of individual GREDA Members.
